No Return Policy

At Cay's Creative Studio, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Policy Details:

  No Returns Accepted: Once your order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned for any reason, including change of mind, wrong size/color selection, or dissatisfaction.

  No Refunds: We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

  No Exchanges: We do not offer product exchanges.

  Final Sale Items: All items on our website are sold on a final sale basis.

Exceptions

We only consider exceptions in the following rare cases:

  If the item is defective or damaged upon delivery (must be reported with clear photos within 48 hours of receiving the order).

  If the item received is significantly different from what was ordered (wrong item shipped).

In such cases, please contact us immediately at c@cayscreative.co.za , with your order number and supporting evidence. Any exception is at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing the order. We may be able to cancel it only if it has not yet entered the fulfillment process.

Shipping & Delivery

All shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applicable in their country/region.
